Cloning a Quiz with Thrive Quiz Builder - Thrive Themes

Cloning a Quiz with Thrive Quiz Builder

With the help of the “Clone Quiz” option, you can now easily make a copy of your existing quizzes, make any modification you want to them and then, use them on your pages.

This means that you don’t have to go through every step of creating a quiz again, you can just clone a quiz and use it again without the steps of setting it up.

How to Clone a Quiz?

Once you have created a quiz with the Thrive Quiz Builder, it is very simple to clone it.

In order to do this, first, you need to access the quiz that you have build.

Go to your WordPress admin dashboard, hover over the Thrive Dashboard and click on the “Thrive Quiz Builder” from the list that appears:

After you have created the quiz (you can find details on how to do that here), you will see that it appears in your Quiz Builder dashboard:

Hover over the quiz to see the various options that will appear in its upper part. You will need to look for the “Clone quiz” option, which is represented by the double-file icon, in the upper left part:

Click on this option and you will see that the quiz will be cloned in a matter of seconds. The clone will be displayed as a copy of your quiz:

Now, you can use the cloned quiz as a new quiz. You can make modifications to it if you want, or you can add it to your website as it is.

If you need more info on how to add a quiz to your website, please check out this tutorial.

Note: Please keep in mind that the copy/clone of the quiz will not have anything in the “Full Report” section.

Since this is a copy that you want to use again, it is normal that the report section will be starting from zero, in order to get an accurate report for the newly cloned quiz later.

If you need more information on how to use the Thrive Quiz Builder, please check out this knowledge base section.
